The major reason why you have to quit smoking is your health. Smoking gives harm to all parts of your body and damages your systems. Because of these blood vessel diseases, some men suffer from impotence.

•Smoking also causes eye problems and other problems in other body parts. Smoking causes macular degeneration resulting to poor eyesight that sometimes can lead to blindness. It also increases the risk of having eye cataracts that block the lens of the eyes. It can also cause wrinkles and dry skin, bad breath, gingivitis, bad odor, hair loss and yellow nails.

•Women who smoke have a higher risk of heart attacks than the others. A woman who smokes is more prone to miscarriage cases or gives birth to unhealthy baby. Most commonly, when the mother is smoker, her baby possesses physical or mental disorder.

•If you will not quit smoking, you are shortening your own life span.

It does not matter how long you have been smoking. What is important is that you must stop before anything worse happens to you. While you are still alive, live your life stronger and healthier.
